Refund Policy

If an application doesn't work for you, email hello@stoicsoft.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request.

Write from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. Once the refund goes through, that app's license key stops working.

Bundles follow the same rule: email hello@stoicsoft.com within 7 days of purchase, from your checkout address and with your order number, and we refund the whole bundle. No reason needed.

Once it is refunded, the bundle's license key stops working in every app on it. For bundles bought before 26 October 2026 with claim links, unused links stop working and keys you already claimed are deactivated.

A partial refund, such as a goodwill credit, leaves your key as it is.

The 7-day refund above covers one-time purchases: single apps and bundles. All Access is a subscription, so a payment for it, the first one or a renewal, can be refunded only when all three of these are true:

1. You ask within 7 days of that payment. 2. You cancelled the subscription before asking (Manage subscription, on your key page). 3. No StoicSoft app was activated or used with your key since that payment. We check this last point against the activations and license check-ins your apps send to our store.

To ask, open your key page and choose Request a refund. It tells you straight away whether the payment qualifies. Once it is refunded, every app on the key switches off. If you subscribe again later with the same email, the same key works again.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same product, or redistributing keys.

Once a refund goes through, the keys from that order are no longer yours to use or resell.
