StoicSoft builds local-first desktop software. This store sells one-time licenses for those applications.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. Your purchase contract for payment and tax purposes is with Lemon Squeezy; your license to use the software is granted by StoicSoft.

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on up to the number of devices in the tier you bought (1, 3, or 5).

Licenses are perpetual for the version line you purchase and include 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. The software keeps working after that window; you simply stop receiving new versions unless you renew.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys.

A bundle is a single payment that gives you one separate, real license key per included application, each at the device tier you bought. There is no shared “bundle key” — every app gets its own key with its own device allowance.

After purchase we email a claim link for each application. Each link opens an already-fully-discounted checkout that issues that application's own license key. Claim links are single-use and are issued to the purchaser only.

Claim links and license keys are personal and non-transferable. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing them is not permitted, and any key obtained that way may be deactivated.

If a bundle's claim links do not arrive, contact [email protected] and we will reissue them.

You may not reverse engineer license validation, circumvent device limits, or use the software to break the law.

We may disable license keys obtained fraudulently or through a reversed payment.

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoicSoft's total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it.
